ASSISTANCE PROGRAM?
CBD assistance programs are special discounts that make the health and wellness benefits of the products more affordable for specific groups.
HOW DOES THE CBD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WORK?
Qualified participants are provided with personal discount codes that give them a 30% discount on all Made Plant Health supplements and topical products.
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR
THE CBD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM?
There is a one time verification step. You simply provide the relevant document demonstrating your status within the applicable group.
The secure verification service presents the options for acceptable qualifying documents when you log in to begin your verification.
HOW DOES
VERIFICATION WORK?
We use the secure service VerifyPass to conduct verifications.
When you click on the applicable group button below, you will be taken to VerifyPass and prompted to create an account. Follow the instructions to complete your verification. Most are completed in about 60 seconds.
Note: For your privacy and security, the service deletes the documents as soon as verification is complete.
