WHAT IS AN
AFFILIATE PROGRAM?
Affiliate programs are a marketing method that rewards affiliates with commissions for sales conversions they make in the company’s store through their personal social media channels.
Earnings are based on personal performance, and have no minimum or limit. Many people choose to be independent affiliates to help generate additional income.
WHO CAN BE A MADE PLANT HEALTH AFFILIATE?
Anyone over 18 years old who shares our passion for the scientifically backed benefits of medicinal CBD and mushroom products can apply to be a Made Plant Health affiliate.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We use an integrated affiliate platform to make it simple. It provides all the communication about specials, tracks sales, and facilitates electronic payments.
Affiliates receive conversion tools that allow the system to credit you with your sales. When anyone clicks on your affiliate link or uses your affiliate promo code to make a purchase, you get a commission.
Please note that we cannot adjust commissions after purchases are completed. Customers must use your affiliate link or code at time of purchase.
How Do I Get Paid?
The Refersion affiliate platform automatically records and tracks your sales and commissions.
- 10% commission on every eligible sale
- Commissions are paid monthly
- Payments are made via PayPal

DO I HAVE TO BUY PRODUCT UP FRONT?
No, this is not a multilevel marketing system. Product resale is not permitted. We will never ask affiliates to invest their own funds in product stock. We stock all the products and handle all order fulfillment.
Sales are strictly through the Made Plant Health website. You only need to share promotional information. You earn commission based on the sales made through your affiliate links and codes.
WHAT IS A W-9?
Form W-9 is an IRS form that provides your Tax Identification Number to a business that you do work for as an independent contractor. It allows businesses to create a 1099-MISC form for you at the end of the year.
Basically, it’s a short, easy form that lets us pay you, report to the IRS that we paid you, and provide you appropriate tax documentation that we paid you.
It only takes a moment to fill out a W-9 form.
Once you’re approved as an affiliate, simply complete a W-9 form and email it to info@madeplanthealth.com
